Objectives of the program:
In
continuation with the yesteryear’s tradition, IBMR and IPS Academy along with
the entire team of ICSR has successfully organized our social drive- MUSKAAN 2018.
The main driving force to organize this event is to put Smile on the faces of
underprivileged children by distributing Gifts and goodies to them on the
auspicious occasion of Diwali.
As
Diwali is known as the festival of lights, with this little initiative, we tried
to mitigate the darkness from their lives and to light up their lives by giving
them opportunity to revel in the festivities of Diwali.
Muskaan provides the platform for the
less fortunate children to have some joy during the festive season, across all
communities. It also gives these underprivileged kids a ray of hope which drives
them to work for the betterment of their lives and better future.
Activities undertaken:
The
entire team of ICSR worked together and celebrated the festival of light by sharing
Diwali goodies with the children.
The team shared the real story and purpose of celebrating
Diwali every year with the children, thereby making this event a real Diwali
for them and for the entire team and guests.
Thereafter, the children prayed to God in order to seek the divine blessings without any kind of discrimination or individual differences.
Under the utmost care of team and
teachers, children burnt fire crackers, played games, perform dances, songs and
other recreational activities.
Program was successfully ended after providing refreshment to all the children.
