IPS Academy Indore , Institute of Business Management & Research , Institutional Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) and NGO Rope of Hope mutually organised an event “Pahal” on 30 th November 2018. This event was organised keeping in mind the very cause of upgrading the underprivileged section of the society. We hosted children from the near by slum areas and organized a whole day carnival for them. This included fun activities like food stalls, drawing competition, zumba and sports which was later on followed by stationary distribution. There were across 100 children from the nearby slum and 200 IPS volunteers.
